Kirloskar Ferrous to hold virtual investor meeting with LIC Mutual Fund

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a material subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has scheduled a virtual meeting with LIC Mutual Fund on December 2, 2025. The 1x1 virtual meeting will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The meeting is being held to inform the stock exchange about an upcoming interaction between KFIL's management and representatives of an institutional investor/analyst/financial institution. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

KFIL emphasized that the meeting schedule is subject to changes due to exigencies.
