HDFC AMC completes 1:1 bonus share allotment

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFC AMC) has announced the allotment of 21,41,54,246 fully paid-up bonus equity shares, each valued at 5 rupees. This allotment, approved by the share allotment committee on November 27, 2025, follows previous intimations on October 15, 2025, and November 16, 2025.

The bonus shares have been issued in a 1:1 proportion, meaning one new bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid-up equity share held by members as of the record date, November 26, 2025. This decision aligns with regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

As a result of this allotment, the company's paid-up share capital has increased to 2,14,15,42,460 rupees, now divided into 42,83,08,492 fully paid-up equity shares of 5 rupees each. The announcement was digitally signed by Sonali Nitin Chandak, company secretary.
