Harsha Farms boosts stake in Royal Orchid Hotels

Harsha Farms Private Limited, a member of the promoter group of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, has increased its stake in the company. On November 27, 2025, Harsha Farms purchased 19,601 equity shares through an open market transaction. This acquisition represents 0.07% of the total equity share capital and was valued at approximately Rs. 82,22,082.10.

Prior to this acquisition, Harsha Farms held 4,42,032 shares, constituting 1.61% of the company's total shareholding. Following the transaction, its holding increased to 4,61,633 shares, representing 1.68% of the equity share capital. The total equity share capital of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited remains 2,74,25,215 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
