Clean Science promoters reshuffle significant equity through gift transactions

On November 27, 2025, Clean Science and Technology Limited announced a series of inter-se transfers of equity shares among its promoter and promoter group members. These transactions, effected as gifts without consideration on November 26, 2025, fall under the exemption of SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011, meaning the aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged.

Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi acquired 2,600,000 equity shares (2.45%), increasing his stake from 2.96% to 5.41%. Asha Ashok Boob acquired 8,619,490 equity shares (8.11%), raising her holding from 1.49% to 9.60%. Nilima Krishnakumar Boob increased her stake from 0.09% to 6.33% by acquiring 6,629,986 equity shares (6.24%).

Conversely, Ashok Ramnarayan Boob transferred 2,600,000 equity shares (2.45%), decreasing his holding from 5.90% to 3.45%. Parth Ashok Maheshwari transferred 2,809,745 equity shares (2.64%), reducing his stake from 2.74% to 0.09%, and Nidhi Mohunta transferred 5,809,745 equity shares (5.47%), bringing her holding down from 5.56% to 0.09%. Prasad Krishnakumar Boob transferred 3,424,000 equity shares (3.22%), and Pooja Vivek Navandar transferred 3,205,986 equity shares (3.02%), resulting in their holdings decreasing from 3.22% to 0.00% and 0.21% respectively. The total shares transferred amounted to 17,849,476, representing 16.80% of the total paid-up capital.
