Brigade Group leases land for major IT and hospitality complex in Kerala

Brigade Group has signed a 90-year lease deed for 4.859 acres of land with Electronics Technology Parks in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, Kerala. This strategic acquisition is designated for the development of IT infrastructure within Technopark Phase I, Thiruvananthapuram.

The planned development boasts an impressive overall potential of approximately 1.2 million sq.ft. This will include a World Trade Center Trivandrum, offering A-Grade office space, complemented by a five-star hotel featuring over 200 keys.
