Borosil Renewables' head of internal audit resigns, effective November 2025

Borosil Renewables Limited announced the resignation of Vikas Runthala, head - internal audit, a senior management personnel. His resignation is effective from November 27, 2025, as he seeks to pursue other opportunities. The company confirmed receipt of his resignation letter.

The resignation was disclosed to the stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
