BF Utilities to hold 25th annual general meeting December 24

BF Utilities Limited announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing. The meeting will approve standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company will also consider the re-appointment of A. B. Kalyani as a director and the appointment of M/s SVD & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) with a remuneration of Rs. 3,10,000 plus applicable taxes.

For FY 2024-25, BF Utilities reported standalone total income of Rs. 416.82 million and a net profit of Rs. 159.83 million. On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs. 8,616.96 million with a net profit of Rs. 3,378.47 million. The company maintains its focus on wind power generation, with 100% of its turnover from power generation, comprising 95.00% from wind power and 5.00% from Renewable Energy Certificates.

The company's CSR activities for FY 2204-25 will not incur any obligation as per Section 135(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, due to not meeting the prescribed thresholds.
