Bank of Baroda names new statutory central auditors for FY26

Bank of Baroda informed exchanges about the appointment and reappointment of its statutory central auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. The bank has named five Chartered Accountant firms to undertake this role, comprising three continuing SCAs and two newly appointed SCAs.

The continuing SCAs are M/s. Shah Gupta & Co., M/s. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., and M/s. Batliboi & Purohit, all serving their third tenure. The two new firms appointed are M/s Ravi Rajan & Co LLP from Delhi and M/s Gokhale & Sathe from Mumbai, both commencing their first tenure as SCAs.

These new appointments replace M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. and M/s S Venkatram & Co LLP, whose terms have concluded. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
