Ambuja Cements schedules shareholder meeting for scheme approval

Ambuja Cements Limited will convene a meeting of its equity shareholders on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting, to be held via video conferencing or other audio visual means, aims to consider and approve a scheme of arrangement between Penna Cement Industries Limited (transferor company) and Ambuja Cements Limited (transferee company), along with their respective shareholders.
