Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (formerly Amara Raja Batteries Limited) has announced a virtual investor meeting with Systematix Shares and Stocks (India) Limited on December 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting will involve the company's management team and the investor.

The company noted that the date and time of the meeting are subject to change due to exigencies on the part of either the investor or the company.
