Adani Enterprises calls shareholder meeting for amalgamation scheme vote

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) is convening a meeting of its equity shareholders on December 24, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. This meeting, ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad Bench, will consider and approve a composite scheme of amalgamation. The scheme involves AEL as the amalgamated company, Adani Green Technology Limited and Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited as amalgamating companies, and Adani Tradecom Limited and Adani New Industries Limited as transferor and transferee companies, respectively.

Shareholders eligible to vote are those registered in the company's register as of November 25, 2025. The notice, along with the scheme, explanatory statement, and other documents, is available on AEL’s website and the websites of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Remote e-voting facilities will be available from December 21, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) until December 23, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST).
