SIS chairman steps down, non-executive director appointed chairperson

Mr. Ravindra Kishore Sinha has resigned from his position as executive director and chairman of SIS Limited, effective November 24, 2025, citing personal health grounds. Consequently, he also ceased to be a member of the corporate social responsibility committee of the board.

Following his resignation, Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha has been appointed as the non-executive director and chairperson of the company, effective November 25, 2025. This appointment was approved by the board of directors based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee. Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha is related to Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha (son) and Ms. Rivoli Sinha (daughter), both of whom are directors of the company.
