Sequent Scientific sets record date for amalgamation scheme

Sequent Scientific Limited has announced December 08, 2025, as Record Date 2 for its composite scheme of amalgamation. This date will determine the shareholders of Viyash Life Sciences Private Limited (Viyash) eligible for the allotment of Merger Consideration Shares 2. The decision follows the receipt of the certified copy of the NCLT order sanctioning the scheme, which was communicated to exchanges on November 20, 2025.

The share exchange ratio for Viyash shareholders is set at 56 equity shares of Sequent, each valued at Rs. 2/-, for every 100 equity shares of Viyash, each valued at Rs. 10/-. This amalgamation scheme involves Sequent Scientific and Symed Labs, Vandana Life Sciences Private Limited, Appcure Labs Private Limited, Vindhya Pharma (India) Private Limited, S.V. Labs Private Limited, Vindhya Organics Private Limited, Viyash, Geninn Life Sciences Private Limited, and Sequent Research Limited.
