Parsvnath Developers to announce quarterly and half-year results

Parsvnath Developers Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Saturday, November 29, 2025, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting complies with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the company's code of conduct, the trading window for securities of Parsvnath Developers has been closed since October 01, 2025. This closure affects designated persons and their immediate relatives, prohibiting them from trading until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.
