Oberoi Realty expands into Nepean Sea Road with new redevelopment project

Oberoi Realty Limited has entered into a Development Agreement for the redevelopment of 4,706 square meters of land at Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai. This project is expected to yield approximately 1.18 lakh square feet (RERA Carpet area) of free sale component, subject to development regulations and applicable law. The company disclosed this new venture on November 26, 2025.

Concurrently, Ashok Choudhury, executive vice president – compliance & special projects, has resigned from Oberoi Realty Limited, effective November 26, 2025. Choudhury cited personal and family commitments for his departure, formally submitting his resignation on November 4, 2025.
