Nahar Industrial Enterprises establishes new wholly-owned warehousing subsidiary

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited (NIEL) has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named NIEL Gorakhpur Logipark Private Limited. The incorporation took place on November 26, 2025, with the new entity established to operate in the warehousing and storage business.

The new subsidiary has an authorized share capital of INR 100,000 and a paid-up share capital of INR 100,000. Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each at par, acquiring 100% of the shareholding. As of the announcement date, NIEL Gorakhpur Logipark Private Limited has a turnover of Nil, as its business operations are yet to commence.

NIEL Gorakhpur Logipark Private Limited is considered a related party to Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited. The company confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no other interest in this transaction, ensuring it was conducted at arm's length.
