Modison Limited announces trading window closure for interim dividend

Modison Limited, a manufacturer of electrical contacts, has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares, effective from Thursday, November 27, 2025. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.

The trading window will remain closed due to the proposed declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. It will reopen 48 hours after the record date for the interim dividend payment. The record date and interim dividend approval were determined at the board of directors' meeting held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The announcement was made by Pooja Birendra Sinha, company secretary and compliance officer.
