MapmyIndia Mappls partners with Zoho CRM for location intelligence

C.E. Info Systems, known as MapmyIndia Mappls, has partnered with Zoho, a global technology company, to integrate MapmyIndia's Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder features directly into Zoho CRM. This collaboration aims to provide Zoho CRM users across India with smarter, location-aware business decisions, enhancing lead identification, address verification, and sales route optimization.

Rakesh Verma, co-founder, managing director & group chairman of MapmyIndia Mappls, stated this partnership represents a "Swadeshi celebration" of two Indian innovators delivering world-class, homegrown technology, ensuring data and innovation remain safe within India. Mani Vembu, ceo of Zoho, highlighted that the integration empowers Indian businesses by combining business and spatial intelligence, providing field teams with critical location-aware insights.

The integration enables Zoho CRM users to capture verified addresses, visualize customer locations, discover potential leads in nearby areas, and optimize sales routes. This leverages MapmyIndia's indigenous mapping platform, which has been digitally mapping India since 1995 and currently serves over 2,000 enterprise customers.
