International Conveyors acquires Ganesha Ecosphere to boost textile portfolio

International Conveyors Limited has acquired equity shares of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd., an rPET fiber manufacturer, in a cash deal valued at INR 11.28 crore. The acquisition, finalized on November 26, 2025, aligns with International Conveyors' investment objectives to strengthen its position in the textile industry.

This acquisition involves 121,540 equity shares of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd. Ganesha Ecosphere, incorporated in 1987, specializes in producing rPET fiber and rPET yarn from recycled PET bottle scrap, operating exclusively in India. Its turnover was INR 1466 crore in FY 24-25, INR 1123 crore in FY 23-24, and INR 1180 crore in FY 22-23. The transaction is not a related party transaction.
