Intellect Design Arena allots 72,331 equity shares under ESOP schemes

Intellect Design Arena Limited announced the allotment of 72,331 equity shares with a face value of ₹5/- each on November 26, 2025, to eligible employees who exercised options under various employee stock option plans (ESOPs). This allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee via a circular resolution on November 25, 2025.

The allotment comprises 14,131 equity shares under the ISOP 2015 Scheme, 1,000 equity shares under the ISOP 2016 Scheme, and 57,200 equity shares under the IIPS 2018 Scheme. These new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.

Following this allotment, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹69,64,60,425, representing 13,92,92,085 equity shares. The company has obtained in-principle approvals from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for these schemes, with filing dates ranging from March 2016 to August 2019.
