Indo Tech Transformers secures $91.26 million order for NTPC projects

Indo Tech Transformers Limited (INDOTECH) has received a purchase order (PO) valued at INR 91.26 crores, plus applicable taxes, for the supply of 11 transformers. The order, dated November 25, 2025, was awarded by Four EF Constructions for various NTPC projects. This domestic contract involves the manufacture and supply of three 112/160 MVA transformers, six 87.5/125 MVA transformers, and two 70/100 MVA transformers.

The execution period for this order is scheduled between August 2026 and October 2026. The company confirmed that this transaction does not involve any promoter, promoter group, or group company interest in the awarding entity and does not constitute a related party transaction.

This order is deemed a material event for Indo Tech Transformers, given its significant value relative to the company’s ordinary course of business. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
