Colgate-Palmolive (India) names new executive vice-president and company secretary

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has approved the appointment of Priyan Pillay as executive vice-president - legal, effective January 2, 2026. Pillay brings over 19 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws, ethics and compliance, and enterprise risk management. He currently serves as chief compliance counsel at Colgate-Palmolive Company in New York.

Additionally, Jaikishan Shah has been appointed as the company secretary and compliance officer, effective November 26, 2025. Shah, an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has over 14 years of experience in corporate secretarial, investor relations, legal functions. He previously served as deputy company secretary at Castrol India Limited and Pfizer Limited.

These appointments, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
