Websol energy system shareholders reappoint whole-time director

Websol Energy System Limited announced the successful conclusion of its postal ballot process, conducted via e-voting, for the re-appointment of Sanjana Khaitan as whole-time director (executive). The resolution, which sought approval for her appointment for three consecutive years at an annual remuneration of INR 11,000,000, passed with the requisite majority. The e-voting period ran from October 24, 2025, to November 22, 2025.

Of the total 17,834,906 votes polled, 17,154,101 votes (96.18%) were cast in favor of the resolution, while 680,805 votes (3.82%) were cast against it. Notably, the promoter and promoter group voted 100% in favor, representing 11,679,691 votes.
