Stuti Jhawar increases stake in Usha Martin through open market transaction

Stuti Jhawar, a promoter of Usha Martin Ltd., acquired 9,000 equity shares of the company via an open market purchase on November 21, 2025. This acquisition was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Jhawar held 1,307,000 shares, representing 0.43% of the total voting capital. Following the purchase, her total holding increased to 1,316,000 equity shares, maintaining her stake at 0.43% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of Usha Martin Ltd. stands at 3,047,417,800.

The transaction occurred on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Usha Martin Ltd. shares are also listed on BSE Limited and Societe de la Bourse de Luxembourg (GDRs).
