SRF grants over 230,000 employee stock options

SRF Limited has granted 232,810 employee stock options under its "Part A – SRF Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 of SRF Long term Share based Incentives Plan, 2018." This decision was approved by the nomination and remuneration committee at its meeting on November 25, 2025. The options will result in the issuance of equity shares of INR 10/- each, with a 1:1 ratio for each option.

The options are granted at a 40% discount to the current market price prevailing one day before the grant date. These options, once vested, entitle the holder to acquire an equal number of equity shares upon payment of the exercise price and applicable taxes. The scheme complies with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.

The vested options are exercisable within a maximum period of one year from the date of vesting. The "SRF Long term Share based Incentives Plan, 2018" will be administered by the SRF Employees Welfare Trust, under the supervision of the nomination and remuneration committee of the company. The grant criteria are based on eligibility determined by the committee.
