SIS announces leadership transition: Ravindra Sinha steps down, Rita Sinha appointed chairperson

Mr. Ravindra Kishore Sinha has resigned as the executive director and chairman of SIS Limited, effective November 24, 2025, citing personal health grounds. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Sinha has also ceased to be a member of the corporate social responsibility committee of the board.

Following this, the board of directors, based on the nomination and remuneration committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha as the non-executive director and chairperson of the company. Her appointment is effective November 25, 2025. Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha is related to Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha (son) and Ms. Rivoli Sinha (daughter), both of whom are currently directors of the company.
