Punjab National Bank announces senior management realignments

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced changes in the assignments of three key senior management personnel, effective November 25, 2025. These reassignments align with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Manish Agrawal, previously general manager, IT division, head office, has been elevated to chief general manager, IT division, head office. Agrawal holds a B.Sc. and a post-graduate diploma in management, is a Certified Information Systems Audit (CISA), ISMS ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He brings over 18 years of experience to his new role.

Sanjeev Kumar Dhupar, formerly RRB chairman (general manager) of Haryana Gramin Bank, Rohtak, will now serve as RRB chairman (chief general manager) of Haryana Gramin Bank, Rohtak. Dhupar holds a Master of Arts degree and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), with over 31 years of experience.

Additionally, Sudhir Dalal, who was general manager, HO BA & RM division, has been appointed chief general manager, HO BA & RM division. Dalal, with over 23 years of experience, holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
