Nelco receives key authorization for enhanced connectivity services

Nelco Limited, a TATA Enterprise, announced on November 25, 2025, that it has been granted an additional authorization, UL VNO-GMPCS (Unified License - Virtual Network Operator - Global Mobile Personal Communication by Satellite), by the Department of Telecommunications. This new authorization falls under the company's existing Unified License (Virtual Network Operator) and is valid for a period of 10 years.

The approval allows Nelco to sell VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) services to other UL-GMPCS licensees, significantly expanding its market reach and service offerings. This authorization is co-terminus with the validity of Nelco’s Unified License (VNO), ensuring continuity in its enhanced service portfolio.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The filing was submitted to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
