NCL Industries promoter group member reduces stake

G.T. Sandeep, a member of the promoter group of NCL Industries Limited, disclosed a sale of shares on November 21, 2025. This transaction involved the disposal of 7,500 shares carrying voting rights via the open market.

Before the sale, G.T. Sandeep held 151,222 equity shares, representing 0.33% of the total share and voting capital. Following the sale of 7,500 shares, the holding decreased to 143,722 shares, which now constitutes 0.32% of the total share and voting capital.

This disclosure was made to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
