IRCON International's ₹9,000 crore bank facilities reaffirmed with stable outlook

IRCON International Limited disclosed on November 25, 2025, that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings for its bank facilities. This reaffirms the company's financial stability, with the total facility amount now standing at ₹9,000 crore.

The long-term bank facilities, amounting to ₹0.02 crore, received a rating of IVR AAA/ Stable. The larger long-term bank facilities/short-term bank facilities, totaling ₹8,999.98 crore, were reaffirmed at IVR AAA/ Stable / IVR A1+.

The company accepted these ratings from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited via an e-mail dated November 25, 2025. Previously, a portion of the rating amount was categorized as proposed for long-term bank facilities/short-term bank facilities, and this has now been reaffirmed as long-term bank facilities in the current review.
