Independent director Arti Luniya concludes second term at Jindal Stainless

Jindal Stainless Limited informed the BSE and NSE on November 25, 2025, about the cessation of Arti Luniya as an independent director. Her second consecutive term concludes at the close of business hours on November 25, 2025.

This change is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in accordance with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. The company stated that Luniya would cease to be a director upon the completion of her second consecutive term.
