Garware Technical Fibres appoints Kirti Mangwani as independent director

Garware Technical Fibres Limited, in a board meeting held on November 25, 2025, resolved to appoint Kirti Dharmesh Mangwani as an additional director. She will serve as a non-executive independent director for a term of five consecutive years, effective from November 25, 2025, pending approval from the company's members. Mangwani will not be liable to retire by rotation.

Mangwani, aged 56, brings over three decades of experience in graphic design, visual arts, and material innovation. She holds a Diploma in Commercial Art and completed the Women Entrepreneurship Program at IIM Ahmedabad. Currently, she is the director of Eazi Art (OPC) Private Limited and a partner in Phoscalor Chemicals LLP and Mangwani Fiduciary Services LLP.

The company confirmed that Mangwani satisfies the independence criteria and is not debarred from directorship by any regulatory authority. She is not related to any other director of Garware Technical Fibres Limited.
