Bharat Forge schedules investor meetings next week

Bharat Forge Limited has scheduled two meetings with institutional investors and analysts next week, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These interactions aim to provide updates and engage with key stakeholders.

The first meeting is set for November 28, 2025, with Franklin Templeton Asset Management, and will be a virtual one-on-one session. Following this, a physical one-on-one meeting with Nippon India Asset Management is scheduled for December 01, 2025, both taking place in Pune. The company emphasizes that the schedule is subject to change due to various exigencies.

Bharat Forge has stated that it does not intend to disclose any unpublished price sensitive information during these interactions. The announcement was made by Tejaswini Chaudhari, company secretary and compliance officer.
