Bank of India elevates Satyendra Singh to chief general manager

Bank of India has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. of a change in its senior management, effective November 25, 2025. Satyendra Singh, previously the general manager, information technology, and chief technology officer (CTO) of the bank, has been elevated.

Mr. Singh will now assume the role of chief general manager of Bank of India. The announcement was made today, November 25, 2025, and falls under Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The communication was digitally signed by Rajesh Venkataraj Upadhya, DGM and company secretary, from the head office investor relations cell in Mumbai.
