Asian Paints to brief promoters on financial performance

Asian Paints Limited announced that its management will meet with the promoter(s) and promoter(s) group on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. The meeting, scheduled for 4:00 PM (IST) onwards in Mumbai, aims to brief the promoters on the company's financial performance for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2025.

The company emphasized that the meeting's schedule is subject to change due to exigencies involving the promoter(s), promoter(s) group, or the company itself. Asian Paints also confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during this meeting.
