Aadhar Housing Finance schedules December investor meeting

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited (AADHARHFC) has scheduled an analyst/investor meeting for December 4, 2025. The physical group meeting, titled "DAM Capital," will take place at Trident BKC, Mumbai. The announcement, dated November 25, 2025, was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

During the meeting, the company’s management and officials will participate, referencing publicly available documents for discussions. An investors’ presentation, uploaded to the company's website and previously intimated to stock exchanges on November 7, 2025, may also be utilized.

Harshada Pathak, company secretary and compliance officer, noted that the scheduled date is subject to change due to potential exigencies. The intimation was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
