360 one asset management reduces stake in fairchem organics

360 ONE Asset Management Limited, managing various investment schemes, reported the disposal of shares in Fairchem Organics Limited. Prior to the transaction, 360 ONE and its persons acting in concert (PACs) held 662,497 shares, representing 5.08% of Fairchem Organics' total share capital.

Following the disposal, conducted via an open market transaction on November 21, 2025, 360 ONE Asset Management's aggregate holding, including PACs, now totals 306,113 shares. This amounts to a 2.35% stake in Fairchem Organics. The disposal involved 421,570 shares, reducing the ownership by 3.24%.

The transaction, which fell below the 2% threshold for individual reporting, necessitated this disclosure due to the overall change in holdings from the last major disclosure. Fairchem Organics' equity share capital, as of the quarter ended September 2025, stood at 13,020,902 shares.
