Windsor Machines completes Chhatral plant relocation, Vatva move underway

Windsor Machines Limited announced on November 24, 2025, that it has completed the shifting of its existing manufacturing facility for Injection Moulding Machines from Chhatral to a new integrated state-of-the-art facility in Chibhda, Rajkot, Gujarat. This move was previously communicated in the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

In addition, the company has commenced the relocation of its manufacturing facility for Pipe Extrusion & Blown Film Machines from Vatva to the same Chibhda, Rajkot location. This shifting process is projected to take approximately five months to complete due to the scale and operations of the Vatva facility.

The update follows previous intimations on April 2, 2025, November 8, 2025, and August 29, 2025, all made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The company assures continued disclosure of all material developments.
