Vardhman Special Steels to host analyst, investor meet

Vardhman Special Steels Limited (VSSL) will hold an Analysts/Investors Meet on November 27, 2025. The meeting, to be held in Ludhiana, will include a plant visit and discussions with representatives from Valcore Capital Advisors and Sagun Capital. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company emphasized that only information already in the public domain will be discussed during the meeting, and no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared. The schedule of the aforesaid meetings is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Fund/Broking House/Company.
