Surya Roshni secures significant domestic spiral pipe supply order

Surya Roshni Limited has secured an order valued at Rs. 105.18 crores (with GST) from an Engineering & Infrastructure Company. The contract is for the supply of spiral pipes with external 3 LPE coating, with delivery expected by March 31, 2026. This entirely domestic order will be executed in Gujarat.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor any promoter group company holds interests in the awarding entity. Furthermore, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

This announcement complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
