Sudarshan Chemical launches new yellow pigment globally

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced on November 24, 2025, the launch of Sudaperm Yellow 2921C. This yellow pigment is designed for coatings and will be available globally, catering to both domestic and international markets.

The company stated that the product launch was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It was noted that this launch did not trigger the materiality threshold under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, but was announced as a measure of good corporate governance.
