Sri Adhikari Brothers to rebrand, pivot to AI with new data center

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited announced on November 24, 2025, that its board of directors approved a name change to "Aqylon Nexus Limited" or another approved name, subject to shareholders' approval via a postal ballot. This rebranding aligns with the company's strategic pivot into artificial intelligence, as evidenced by the proposed substitution of its main object clause to focus on developing, deploying, and commercializing AI technologies, platforms, and solutions globally. The new clause will allow the company to operate research labs, innovation hubs, and collaborate with institutions in the AI field.

The board also accepted the resignation of M/s Hitesh Shah & Associates as statutory auditor, effective November 24, 2025. M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the new statutory auditors for the financial year 2025–26, pending shareholder approval. The company will also withdraw its in-principle approval applications submitted to BSE and NSE for 15,000,000 equity shares and 680,200,000 convertible warrants.

Furthermore, the company plans to establish a 50 MW AI & Green Data Centre Campus in Telangana to create a sovereign compute platform supporting India's national AI initiatives. Krina Gokulkumar Shah has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, with the postal ballot set to conclude on January 5, 2026.
