Speciality Restaurants inks Durgapur land development deal

Speciality Restaurants Limited has finalized a development agreement with Coal Mines Associated Traders Private Limited ("Developer"). The agreement, dated November 21, 2025, grants development rights for approximately 2.03 acres of leasehold land situated at Durgapur, West Bengal.

Under the terms of the agreement, Speciality Restaurants will be entitled to 20% of the built-up area, including car parking, and a 20% undivided share of common areas and facilities on the developed land. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction, as the developer is not related to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Speciality Restaurants.

The company stated that there is no existing shareholding in the developer entity, nor does the agreement involve the issuance of shares to the parties.
