Rossari Biotech subsidiary secures leasehold land in GIDC for expansion

Rossari Biotech Limited has informed stock exchanges about the successful transfer of rights in leasehold land to its material subsidiary, Unitop Chemicals Private Limited. This follows the company's prior intimation on August 18, 2025, concerning the purchase of rights in leasehold land located in Dahej, Gujarat, within a Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) industrial estate.

The transfer of rights, covering approximately 12,608 square meters of leasehold land, was officially completed by GIDC on November 24, 2025, with immediate effect. This transaction is considered a compliance disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This acquisition underscores Rossari Biotech's ongoing strategic initiatives through its subsidiaries.
