RMC Switchgears secures significant infrastructure project in Rajasthan

RMC Switchgears Limited announced today the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at INR 42,23,90,437.24 from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RRVPNL). This domestic contract is for the construction of a new 132 kV GSS at Kalyanpur (Pachpadra) in Distt- Balotra, including associated lines and bays. The project scope encompasses the supply of all equipment and materials, erection (including civil works), testing, and commissioning, on a Supply & ETC Basis.

The company expects this LOI to positively contribute to its revenue and growth prospects, reinforcing its position in the power infrastructure sector. The project is anticipated to be executed within an 18-month timeframe.

The company confirmed that no promoters or promoter groups have any interest in RRVPNL, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
