PTC Industries sees internal promoter stake shift

On November 20, 2025, Ritika Agarwal, a member of the promoter group of PTC Industries Limited, transferred 25,593 equity shares (0.17%) to Anshoo Agarwal, also part of the promoter group. The transaction, an off-market gift, was disclosed on November 22, 2025, in compliance with SEBI regulations.

Before this transfer, Ritika Agarwal held 25,593 equity shares (0.17%), while Anshoo Agarwal held 159,448 equity shares (1.06%). Following the transaction, Ritika Agarwal's holding in PTC Industries is reduced to zero shares, and Anshoo Agarwal's stake increased to 185,041 equity shares, representing 1.23% of the total voting capital.

The overall promoter group holding remains unchanged at 59.75% of the total voting capital.
