Platinum Industries promoter sells stake

Krishna Dushyant Rana, a promoter of Platinum Industries Limited, has disclosed the sale of 45,893 equity shares in the company on November 21, 2025. This transaction was conducted via the open market.

Following the sale, Rana's individual holding in Platinum Industries decreased from 2,50,63,773 shares (45.63%) to 2,50,17,880 shares (45.55%). The combined promoter group's stake, including Krishna Dushyant Rana, Parul Krishna Rana, and Geeta Dushyant Rana, now stands at 3,84,94,830 shares, representing 70.09% of the total voting capital, down from 70.17% previously.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and was communicated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE).
