Government approves Kartik Rajendran as Abbott India managing director

Rajendran's tenure as managing director is set for a period of five years, commencing on June 14, 2025, and concluding on June 13, 2030.

The Central Government's approval, dated November 21, 2025, reaffirms the appointment, with the official intimation from Abbott India to BSE Limited dated November 24, 2025. This regulatory clearance solidifies the company's leadership structure for the upcoming five-year period.
