Garden Reach Shipbuilders promotes Aparajita Ghosh to chief general manager of finance

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) has approved the promotion of Smt. Aparajita Ghosh from general manager (finance) to chief general manager (finance), effective November 18, 2025. This change in senior management was authorized by the competent authority of the company on November 22, 2025. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Smt. Ghosh joined GRSE as deputy general manager (E-8) on September 26, 2014, bringing almost 22 years of experience from chartered accountancy firms, private sector, and public sector organizations. She holds dual professional qualifications as a chartered accountant (CA) since 1997 and a cost & works accountant (ICWA) since 1990.

In her previous role as general manager (finance) at GRSE Ltd., Smt. Ghosh demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cost optimization, internal controls, and compliance. Her strong analytical abilities and deep understanding of financial systems are noted as significant contributions to strategic decision-making and organizational growth, leading to her promotion.
