Epack Durable promoter group member Rajjat Bothra cuts stake

Rajjat Bothra, part of EPACK Durable Limited's promoter group, disclosed a sale of 778,661 shares between November 17 and November 21, 2025. This transaction, executed through open market sales, reduced Bothra's individual stake from 4.67% to 3.86% of the total share capital.

The shares were sold across three dates: 5,249 shares on November 17, 2025, 140,000 shares on November 18, 2025, and 633,412 shares on November 21, 2025.

Following the disposal, the combined holding of Rajjat Bothra and persons acting in concert (PACs) decreased from 47.91% to 47.10% of EPACK Durable Limited's total share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at Rs. 96,22,84,770, divided into 9,62,28,477 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
